The Croft House
The house is ‘super comfortable’ having been newly renovated to a high standard, sitting in an enclosed garden with croft land stretching behind and in front of the property. All rooms have a wide sea view of the Sound of Harris and the Uists.
Our housekeeper, Rachel, lives close by and is available to answer any questions you may have.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one king and one twin, sleeping a total of four people. There is a bathroom with a powerful shower and underfloor heating.
Downstairs is a generously equipped spacious kitchen, a dining room with patio doors facing the sea, a living room with cosy sofas and smart TV, a ‘Gin Porch’ and seperate downstairs toilet.
We have central heating with hot water on demand, keeping the house cosy in the wildest of Harris winters. Superfast broadband is free of charge and surprisingly reliable!
Outside is a utility shed with chest freezer, washer-dryer and ceiling-hung drying rack. Outside is a ‘Dog Washing Station’ for hosing down your furry friend….. one well behaved dog is welcome.
Outdoor chairs are available for sitting on the patio to soak in the view. The garden is enclosed and has parking for two cars.
